Consumer Code of Practice and Alternative Dispute Handling Scheme

Complaints

We make every effort to ensure that our customers are happy with the level of service, and the products and service they receive from us. However, despite our best efforts, things can go wrong. We take customer complaints very seriously and aim to resolve them quickly and efficiently.

Our Code of Practice on Complaint Handling and Dispute Resolution explains how customers can complain. The code also provides information on how we deal with complaints and your right to take unresolved complaints to Alternative Dispute Resolution. You can find a copy of our Complaints Code below. Alternatively, copies are available free of charge and on request from our Customer Service Team on 0844 499 4810.

Digiquip Group Ltd has received confirmation from Ofcom that our Consumer Code of Practice for Complaint Handling and Dispute Resolution has been approved. Digiquip Group Ltd will also be listed on the Ofcom website at http://www.ofcom.org.uk/telecoms/ as having an approved practice.

All telephone orders, sales and marketing procedures comply with Ofcom's GC24 guidelines

Carrier Pre-Selection

Carrier Pre-Selection (CPS) is a mechanism that allows end-users to select, in advance, alternative Communications Providers to carry their calls without having to dial a prefix or install any special equipment at their premises. The end-user subscribes to the services of one or more CPS operators (CPSO: Digiquip Group Ltd) and chooses the type of calls (e.g. all national calls) to be carried by them. The end-user may have a direct retail relationship with the CPSO, or may purchase the service via a CPS Reseller (Digiquip Group Ltd). The end-user is billed for these calls by the CPSO or CPS Reseller.

Wholesale Line Rental

Wholesale line rental (WLR) is a product that BT is obliged to provide to other Communications Providers (Digiquip Group Ltd). It enables other Communications Providers to offer both line rental and calls to end-users over BT's local network. This usually means that the end-user no longer has a contractual relationship with BT and is billed solely by the WLR Provider (Digiquip Group Ltd).
